Neil Miller currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Berkshire Axis Development since April 2024. Previously, Neil held the position of Vice President of Business Development at Triovest from March 2021 to March 2024. Prior to that, Neil spent several years at Penequity Realty Corporation, where responsibilities included developing, negotiating, and maintaining real estate and business partnerships as SVP of Business Development from 2013 to March 2021 and as VP of Business Development & Partnerships from 2008 to 2012. Neil's earlier experience includes a role as VP of Programming & Infrastructure at Penex Media from 2002 to 2008. Neil earned an MBA from Ivey Business School at Western University between 1994 and 1996.
