Pamela Barile

Pamela Barile is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in commercial lending and credit analysis. Currently serving as Vice President and Business Banking Portfolio Manager at Berkshire Bank since September 2021, Pamela previously held the position of Assistant Vice President and Portfolio Manager III in Commercial Lending. Prior roles include Senior Credit Analyst at Chelsea Groton Bank and Senior Commercial Lending Administrator at both Savings Institute Bank & Trust Company and People’s United Bank. Additionally, Pamela has experience in office management and human resources from her tenure at PKF O'Connor Davies, LLP. Pamela Barile earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Central Connecticut State University.
