Ray Leonzi Jr

Ray Leonzi Jr has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Ray currently holds the position of SVP Business Unit Profitability & RAROC at Berkshire Bank, a role they have been in since July 2023. Prior to this, they served as the Chief Financial Officer at Savings Bank of Danbury from April 2022 to June 2023.

Ray also spent a significant amount of time at People's United Bank, N.A., where they held various roles over the years. From March 2016 to April 2022, they were the First Vice President, responsible for Financial Planning & Analysis and Profitability Reporting. From February 2010 to March 2016, they served as the Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis. Ray also worked as the Director of Finance from February 2008 to February 2010 and started their career at People's United Bank as a Financial Analyst from October 2005 to February 2008.

Ray's earlier work experience includes positions at GE Capital, where they were a Treasury Analyst in Corporate Treasury from December 2003 to October 2005, and at MacDermid, where they worked as a Treasury Analyst from January 2003 to November 2003.

Before entering the finance industry, Ray gained experience as the Head Equity Trader at FK Capital Partners LLC from August 2000 to January 2003. Ray began their career as a Corporate Development Program Analyst at People's United Bank from June 1998 to August 2000.

Ray Leonzi Jr graduated with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Finance from Sacred Heart University in 1998.
