The Directors Team at Berkshire County Arc provides comprehensive leadership and strategic direction across key service areas, ensuring high-quality support and enrichment for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, Autism, brain injuries, and other assistance needs. Each director focuses on their specialized sector—Day & Administration, Brain Injury Services, Staff Development & Training, Residential Services, and Employment & Community-Based Day Services—to enhance program effectiveness, promote staff excellence, and optimize overall service delivery.
