Haelie Paquette

Haelie Paquette has a diverse background in human resources, currently serving as the Benefits and Leave Coordinator at BFAIR since May 2022, while also holding roles as a Human Resources Generalist, Assistant, and Intern within the same organization. Prior experience includes positions at Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts as a Resident Advisor and Orientation Leader, along with a Talent Acquisition Internship at Boston Medical Center. Haelie also gained customer service experience as a Grocery Cashier at River Valley Co-op and a Team Member at Tutti Frutti Frozen Yogurt. Earlier work experience includes serving as a Pool Cashier for the City of Easthampton. Haelie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts, earned in 2023, and a High School Diploma from Northampton High School, completed in 2019.
