Barbara Phillips

Barbara Phillips, SPHR, is currently serving as the Benefits & Wellness Manager at Together for Youth since March 2023, having previously held the position of Benefits & Wellness Specialist. Prior experience includes serving as the Human Resources Director at The Rosenblum Companies from March 2020 to March 2023, and a role in Talent Acquisition and HR Operations at GLOBALFOUNDRIES in 2019 on a contract basis through Acara Solutions. Earlier experience encompasses positions in Client Service Operations at Empire Asset Management Group, LLC in 2017-2018, and various leadership roles during an 11-year tenure at Ayco, a Goldman Sachs Company from 2005 to 2016. Barbara's career began in compensation consulting at Aon Hewitt from 2000 to 2005. Education includes an Associate of Arts degree, Summa Cum Laude, in General Studies with a concentration in Business Administration from Macomb Community College and a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management & Economics (in progress) with a concentration in HR from SUNY Empire State College.
