Caroline Russo

Caroline Russo has extensive experience in customer service and administrative roles, currently serving as a Meter Reader at Berkshire Gas Company since March 2021. Prior to this, Caroline worked at The Berkshire Gas Company from November 2005 to March 2021 as a Customer Service Clerk and Receptionist, where responsibilities included processing customer payments, managing mailroom tasks, and supporting customer representatives. Between December 1999 and November 2005, Caroline provided customer service at AAA Southern New England, handling inquiries and road service dispatch. Earlier experience as a Data Entry Clerk at Information Resources Inc. from April 1991 to December 1999 involved managing marketing research data. Caroline holds an Associate of Arts degree in Liberal Arts with a minor in business from Southern New Hampshire University.
