Cathy Lopez has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning across various companies and industries. Cathy began their career as a Regional Human Resources & Retail Operations Manager at Stop and Shop Supermarket Company, where they managed labor relations, recruitment, and training for multiple stores. Cathy then served as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at JN Phillips Company, providing HR support to management and employees across 40 locations.

Afterwards, Cathy joined LeMaitre Vascular as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, where they managed policy development, recruitment, and training for associates in the corporate office and manufacturing site. Cathy then moved on to Kronos as an HR Business Partner, responsible for HR functions and policy implementation for a business unit with over 500 employees.
