Cathy Lopez

Cathy Lopez has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning across various companies and industries. Cathy began their career as a Regional Human Resources & Retail Operations Manager at Stop and Shop Supermarket Company, where they managed labor relations, recruitment, and training for multiple stores. Cathy then served as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at JN Phillips Company, providing HR support to management and employees across 40 locations.

Afterwards, Cathy joined LeMaitre Vascular as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, where they managed policy development, recruitment, and training for associates in the corporate office and manufacturing site. Cathy then moved on to Kronos as an HR Business Partner, responsible for HR functions and policy implementation for a business unit with over 500 employees.

Cathy's experience continued at Kiva Systems - an Amazon company, where they held the role of Senior HR Business Partner, managing HR functions for a client base of 228 employees in different locations. Cathy also served as a Senior Manager of Human Resources and later as the Director of Human Resources at MC10 Inc., overseeing talent acquisition, benefit and compensation design, and employee retention programs.

Currently, Cathy is holding the position of Director of Human Resources at Berkshire Grey, where they provide strategic support and manages all HR functions. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in various aspects of HR, including talent management, employee relations, and policy development.

Cathy Lopez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Merrimack College, where they studied from 1997 to 2000.
