Ian Desrochers

Ian Desrochers is a highly experienced electrical engineer with a strong background in robotics and power supply design. Currently serving as Principal Electrical Engineer at Berkshire Grey, Ian focuses on reducing system complexity and improving manufacturability for robotics sortation systems. Prior to this role, Ian held various engineering positions at Mercury Systems, culminating in the design of a VITA62 compliant power supply for sensor processing platforms. Ian's career began with internships and co-op positions at Mercury Computer Systems and the Montreal Neurological Institute, where expertise in electrical engineering was developed. Ian holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical Engineering from McGill University.
