Josh Best is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in mechatronics and control systems. Currently serving as Industrial Control Tech Lead, Principal Mechatronics Engineer, and Senior Mechatronics Engineer at Berkshire Grey since June 2019, Josh has played a pivotal role in advancing automation technologies. Prior to this, Josh worked as a Mechatronics Engineer at Industrial Automated Systems, Inc., where focus was on developing control systems for various industries, and as a Mechanical Design Engineer at West Key Consulting Corporation, specializing in mechanical and plumbing design for commercial projects. Josh holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University, complemented by earlier studies at Guilford College.
