Michael Xiao is a Mechatronics Engineer with extensive experience in designing electromechanical and software solutions for automated systems at Berkshire Grey since June 2020. Previous roles include creating innovative products such as electric skateboards and automated glassware cleaners at Facture Product Development, managing rapid prototyping tools at Rev: Ithaca Startup Works, and conducting research on soft prosthetics at Cornell University's Organic Robotics Lab. Michael has also contributed to community projects through Engineers for a Sustainable World, honed entrepreneurial skills as a Kessler Fellow, and provided educational support as an Autodesk intern. Educationally, Michael holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University.
