Elnora Smith

Elnora Smith, CPA has a diverse work experience spanning over 27 years. Elnora started their career in 1993 as an Assistant Manager at First of America Bank. Elnora then worked as a Sales & Service Manager at Bank One from 1996 to 2000. In 2000, they joined BKD, LLP as a Tax Accountant, where they prepared and reviewed federal and state tax returns. Elnora then moved to RSM McGladrey, Inc in 2003, where they worked as a Tax Manager/Director, reviewing tax returns and conducting tax research for clients. In 2010, they joined World Class Automotive Group / Reed Enterprises as a Corporate CPA, managing tax compliance workflow and overseeing day-to-day accounting. Elnora then worked at Berkshire Hathaway Automotive in various tax roles, including Tax Manager and Tax Director, from 2015 to 2019. In 2018, they briefly worked at PwC as a Tax Director in the Insourced Solutions for Tax team. Most recently, they have returned to Berkshire Hathaway Automotive as a Director of Tax. Throughout their career, Elnora has demonstrated expertise in tax management, compliance, and financial analysis.

Elnora Smith, CPA, graduated from Indiana University - Kelley School of Business with a Master's in Professional Accounting (MPA) in the field of Accounting in 2001. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Math and Business at the University of Evansville in 1992. Elnora has obtained their CPA certification, although the specific institution and year of obtaining the certification are unknown.
