Jeffery B. Erb

Jeffery B. Erb has extensive work experience in the legal field, particularly in the energy sector. Jeffery B. began their career in 1993 as a Legal Intern at Mentor Graphics. From 1995 to 2001, they worked as an Attorney at Stoel Rives LLP, providing legal counsel to public companies and handling mergers and acquisitions. In 2002, they joined PacifiCorp as the Chief Corporate Counsel and Corporate Secretary, responsible for all legal affairs of the Commercial division. Jeffery B. advised on a wide range of legal matters including corporate law, securities, finance, and mergers and acquisitions. In 2018, they transitioned to Berkshire Hathaway Energy, where they initially served as the Chief Corporate Counsel and Corporate Secretary, and later was promoted to the Vice President, Chief Corporate Counsel & Corporate Secretary role.
