Troy Springer

Troy Springer currently serves as the Manager of Supply Chain Services at Berkshire Hathaway Energy, a position held since November 2020. Previously, Troy was with Dominion Energy for nearly two decades, where roles included Interstate Marketing Manager, Natural Gas Infrastructure Development Advisor (M&A), Manager of Interstate Marketing, and Law Administration Manager. Responsibilities encompassed marketing programs for natural gas pipelines, managing infrastructure development, and overseeing administrative processes for the Law Department. Early in his career, Troy worked as a Senior Risk Management Analyst at Scott & Stringfellow and as a Principal Trader and Agency Trader at First Union Securities. Troy holds an MBA from Virginia Commonwealth University and a BA in Economics from Dickinson College.
