Mike Hunter

Mike Hunter is an accomplished insurance professional with significant experience in large property risk management. Currently serving as Vice President of Large Property Risk at Berkshire Hathaway GUARD Insurance Companies since February 2017, Mike previously held the position of Assistant Vice President. Prior to this role, Mike worked at Zurich North America from June 2010 to February 2017 as a Senior Underwriter and began a notable career at Chubb Group of Insurance Companies, where Mike was an Underwriter from September 1999 to June 2010, specializing in Middle Market Property & Casualty within the Financial Institutions and General Commercial Division. Mike holds a BA with Honors in Philosophy from Queen's University, earned between 1994 and 1999.
