Mary Rios Johnson

Mary Rios Johnson is a seasoned professional with 27 years of experience as a licensed architect and a licensed real estate agent since 2016. Currently serving as a Realtor at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida since 2018, Mary is dedicated to ensuring clients love their new homes and works tirelessly to facilitate the home buying and selling process. Mary has held various roles in real estate, including Affiliate Broker at American Way Real Estate and Tri Star Real Estate & Auction. In addition to real estate, Mary has extensive experience in architecture, having owned Mary Johnson, AIA, Architect and worked in various architect roles, including Project Manager at Tennessee Technological University and Campus Architect for the Florida School for the Deaf and Blind. Mary holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University and an Associate of Arts degree from Central Florida Community College.
