Scott Nordby

Scott Nordby has an extensive work history that spans over several industries. Scott began their career in 1983 working with their family business, Nordby Contruction, where they specialized in the development of commercial centers and housing developments. In 1989, they transitioned into real estate as a broker for John L Scott Real Estate, focusing on both resale and new construction sales in the Kitsap County Region. Scott achieved consistent success, ranking in the top 10% of the company each year. In 1996, they joined Paladin Data Systems Corporation as a sales consultant, providing information technology services to Fortune 500 companies, mid-sized corporations, dot-com companies, and government agencies. Scott then moved to Coldwell Banker in 1998, working as a real estate broker until 2002. In 2003, they established their own independent real estate company, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Colorado Real Estate, where they served as the owner, employing broker, and eventually became the CEO in 2017. Currently, they are the agency owner of Goosehead Insurance Agency, operating Kingdom Insurance LLC.

Scott Nordby attended South Kitsap High School from 1980 to 1982, where they studied Real Estate and Business. Scott also obtained certifications in GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) and Ninja Certified.
