Brittany Hebert

Brittany (Auerbach) Hebert, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience. Brittany is currently working as a Team Leader and Sales Director at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England, New York & Westchester Properties. Prior to this, in 2020, they served as the Director of Strategic Operations at Cohere Health, where they led a team in building and implementing standard operating processes, while also fostering strong relationships across internal operations, Product, IT, and administrative teams.

From 2016 to 2020, Brittany worked at CareCentrix, where they held various leadership roles. Brittany started as a Director in the Business Project Office, where they established best practices, processes, and guidelines for successful delivery of business projects.
