Rich Companik has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Rich is currently serving as the Vice President of Strategic Development & Realtor at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England, New York & Westchester Properties since December 2021. Prior to this, Rich founded and served as the CEO of Art House Consulting, LLC starting from July 2018. Rich also worked as a Realtor at William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage & Insurance from April 2021 to December 2021. Rich has a strong background in real estate, having previously worked as a Licensed Realtor at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices New England, New York & Westchester Properties from September 2019 to April 2021. Rich also has executive-level experience, having served as the Chief Executive Officer at Great Bowery from May 2017 to April 2018, and as the CFO/COO at Art + Commerce from August 2002 to July 2007. Rich started their career as an Assistant Controller at Associated Press and later served as the Director of Management Audit at Disney ABC Television Group.

Rich Companik earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from the University of Bridgeport, where they studied from 1984 to 1988. Rich also holds certifications as a Certified Public Accountant from the State of Connecticut, as well as being a licensed Real Estate Sales Agent in both the State of Connecticut and the State of Massachusetts.
