Trevor Erion has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Trevor started their career as a Sports Program Director at the YMCA of Greater Nashua, where they managed youth programs and adult sports. Trevor then served as the Director of Teens and Camping Services at the same organization, responsible for overseeing YMCA Camp Sargent summer program and all YMCA teen programming.
Trevor later joined Hillsboro United Methodist Church as the Director of Student Ministry, where they served families and students in grades 7-12 through faith and personal growth programs. Trevor also recruited and trained volunteers and student leaders.
Afterwards, Trevor entered the real estate industry and worked as a Broker and Principal Broker with Century 21 Wright-Christie, Keller Williams Realty Integrity Group, and Keller Williams Realty Professionals. During this time, they gained extensive experience in real estate sales and management.
Trevor then became the Director of Development at the YMCA of Columbia-Willamette, leading the financial development efforts for the organization. Trevor managed campaigns, recruited and trained staff and volunteers, and worked with corporate donors.
Trevor later started their own real estate company, Source Realty, LLC, in Hillsboro, Oregon, where they served as the Principal Broker and owner. Trevor successfully established and grew the business, working with a team of agents.
Trevor then held roles as a Principal Broker, Manager, and Business Coach at Coldwell Banker, where they provided leadership and support in the real estate industry.
Most recently, Trevor has worked as a Business Coach at Expect Success Global, a Principal Broker and REALTOR® leading the Source Team at eXp Realty, and currently as a Principal Broker, Coach, and Manager at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Northwest Real Estate.
Trevor Erion obtained an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Youth Ministry and Religious Studies from Central Christian College of Kansas, from 1991 to 1993. Trevor then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Recreational Leadership / Sports Management, with a minor in Business, from Greenville University, from 1993 to 1995. In addition, Trevor obtained a certification as a Certified Negotiation Expert from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute in 2013.
