Carolyn Hernandez is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in sales and agent development. Currently serving as the VP of Sales and Agent Development and Broker Associate at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty since July 2010, Carolyn holds multiple designations including REALTOR®, e-Pro, ALHS, and GRI. Previous roles include Realtor at Exit Slater Realtors from November 2007 to July 2010 and at Noble and Hick Properties from January 2006 to November 2007. Carolyn earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas State University, attending from 1976 to 1980, and completed high school at Douglas MacArthur High School in San Antonio, TX.
