Kevin Wiles is a seasoned real estate executive with extensive leadership experience, currently serving as President of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices PenFed Realty since January 2006. As President & CEO of Rehoboth Golf Properties, LLC from 1995 to 2015, Wiles played a significant role in shaping the company's vision. Wiles also held positions such as Board Member and Past President of Stop Child Abuse Now (SCAN) of Northern Virginia from 1997 to 2006 and President of Vestra Realty & Development from 1998 to 2005. Additionally, Wiles co-founded Shack Events, Inc. and contributed to its success from 1991 to 1998. Wiles earned a Bachelor of Science degree from George Mason University, where studies took place from 1983 to 1988.
