Derek Espeer

Derek Espeer is an experienced real estate professional currently serving as the Owner and Team Lead of ASPIRE Real Estate Group KC at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices since 2017, while also holding the position of Real Estate Advisor & Planner and President of Northland at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Stein & Summers Real Estate since October 2016.
