Melissa Hill has over 17 years of experience in the real estate and mortgage industries. Currently serving as a Mentor and Training Manager at Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices The Preferred Realty since May 2006, Melissa oversees new agent training while also working as a full-time licensed realtor. Prior to this role, Melissa was the Mortgage Processing Team Leader at ATM Mortgage Corp from January 2001 to February 2004. Melissa holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management from Community College of Beaver County, as well as completed Broker Courses in Real Estate from 2018 to 2021. Further education was pursued at Penn State University.
