Alison Ungar

Alison Ungar is a seasoned professional in the field of real estate valuation and risk management, currently serving as the Senior Vice President and Global Head of Property Valuation at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance since February 2017. In this role, Alison leads the development of proprietary estimation tools to assess property values, supports underwriting processes, and engages with customers to enhance understanding of insured assets. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Investor Relations & Reporting at Dune Real Estate Partners, managing real estate portfolio risk at GE Capital, and directing real estate advisory services at PwC. Alison holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and has furthered education through courses at NYU School of Professional Studies.
