David P. Crowe

David P. Crowe is the Senior Vice President, Claims at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance. David has over 25 years of experience in the insurance industry.

Crowe began their career at Lexington Insurance Company in July 2004 as the Senior Vice President, Chief Claims Officer. David was with the company for seven years before moving to Chartis in August 2011 to become the Global Head of Commercial Property Claims. Crowe was with Chartis for just over two years before joining Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance in April 2013.

Crowe received their Doctor of Law (JD) from New York Law School and their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Washington & Jefferson College.

David P. Crowe reports to Peter J. Eastwood, President & CEO. They are on a team with Ralph Tortorella III - SVP, Chief Legal & Compliance Officer, David J. Bresnahan - Executive Vice President, and Chris Colahan - President, UK & Europe.
