Joyce Fung

Joyce Fung is an accomplished underwriter specializing in transactional liability within the Asia Middle East region at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance since March 2017. With a robust background in marine liability, Joyce has held various roles ranging from Marine Liability Underwriter at Tokio Marine Kiln to Deputy Manager at ACE Group, where responsibilities encompassed portfolio management and strategic development. Joyce has also served as a guest speaker at HKU SPACE, sharing expertise in transport liability. Academically, Joyce holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of London, a Bachelor of Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a Master of Laws from the University of Greenwich, complemented by a certificate from The London School of Economics in the law and economics of mergers and acquisitions.
