Justin Koo

Justin Koo is a seasoned insurance professional with extensive experience in underwriting, currently serving as a Senior Underwriter for Executive and Professional lines at Berkshire Hathaway Specialty Insurance since July 2022. Prior roles include Senior Underwriter in Corporate Liability at IAG from January 2018 to July 2022, and Underwriter positions at QBE Insurance and IAG New Zealand. Justin possesses a strong background in professional indemnity, directors and officers liability, and various forms of liability coverage. With key skills in risk assessment, relationship management, and business development, Justin has a proven track record in the New Zealand intermediated financial and government sector. Justin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from The University of Auckland and is a Senior Associate of ANZIIF.
