Tammie Johnson

Tammie Johnson, MAN, BAN, RN, CCMC, currently serves as the Clinical Manager of Care Management and Triage at Livio Health, where Tammie leads and develops a multidisciplinary care coordination team dedicated to providing customized medical care for individuals with chronic or serious illnesses. Prior experience includes roles as a Certified Registered Nurse Case Manager at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Minnesota, a Registered Nurse Supervisor at Community Behavioral Health Hospital, and various nursing positions at Olmsted Medical Center and Mayo Clinic, encompassing responsibilities in patient care coordination, case management, and staff supervision. Tammie holds a Master of Arts in Nursing with a focus on Nursing Leadership/Management from Augsburg College and a Bachelor of Arts in Registered Nursing from Luther College.
