Katie Wilking, CCIM, MRED is a highly experienced professional currently serving as the 2023 Chapter President of the Utah CCIM Chapter. With a background in commercial real estate, Katie holds the position of Sr. Managing Director Commercial Division at Berkshire Hathaway Utah Properties. Katie is actively involved in various boards including Prospector Square Property Owners Association, MOUNTAINLANDS COMMUNITY HOUSING TRUST, and Mountain Trails Foundation, where Katie serves as an Executive Board Member. Katie's dedication to student outreach and involvement is showcased through their past role as a Board Member - Student Relations at NAIOP Utah. Katie holds an MBA/MRED from the University of Utah and has a degree in Economics and psychology from Fort Lewis College.
