Charles Redd

Charles Redd serves as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer at Berkshire Health Systems since July 2022 and concurrently holds the position of Director of Quality Improvement at Fairview Hospital Berkshire Health Systems since June 2021. Previously, Charles was a Clinical Documentation Specialist at Baystate Health from February 2018 to July 2022 and served as the Director of Emergency Services and Behavioral Health at Baystate Franklin Medical Center from March 2015 to February 2018, effectively managing a community hospital emergency department that attended to over 26,000 patients annually. Charles obtained a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from Southern New Hampshire University and holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a focus on Nursing Leadership from the College of Our Lady of the Elms, along with an Associate’s degree in nursing from Berkshire Community College.
