Breanna Kaufman

Breanna Kaufman serves as the Science Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Officer at the Zoological Society of London (ZSL), where responsibilities include driving DEI development, facilitating communication and engagement across teams, and developing strategic programs to advance DEI initiatives. With prior leadership experiences as Co-Chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Standing Committee at the Society for Ecological Restoration, Breanna has contributed to various projects, such as enhancing accessibility to international conferences and guiding the integration of DEI into organizational frameworks. Breanna's background includes roles in research, stakeholder engagement, and public facilitation for significant environmental and ecological projects. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Anthropology from the University of Oregon and a Master of Science in Land and Ecological Restoration from the University of Plymouth.
