Deborah Delaney

VP, Finance at Berkshire Health Systems

Deborah Delaney joined Berkshire Health Systems as the Vice President of Finance in 2010. She began her professional career as a certified public accountant achieving Senior Manager with Ernst & Young. As a healthcare specialist, Delaney had extensive experience with public bond financings, reimbursement and healthcare consulting and audit services. She served as Chief Financial Officer of Elliot Hospital/Elliot Health System in Manchester NH for ten years followed by four years as Managing Director of Strategic Planning and Network Development for Optima Health, the parent company for Elliot Health System and Catholic Medical Center.

Delaney earned a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics from Regis College in Weston, MA, and Masters’ degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from Northeastern University. She is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association. She has served as a board member for many community agencies in New Hampshire and is currently on the Board of Directors of the Boys and Girls Club of Pittsfield.
