Colin Thielsch

Colin Thielsch is a Senior Associate in Private Equity at Berkshire Partners, a position held since August 2021, following an earlier role as Associate in the same field. Prior experience includes tenure at Bain & Company from October 2018 to July 2021, where Colin served as a Senior Associate Consultant and Associate Consultant. Colin's experience also encompasses internships at the University of Virginia in media relations, Deloitte in financial advisory, and CarMax in finance accounting, as well as roles at the Sports Center of Richmond and the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond. Colin holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with a focus on Finance and Information Technology, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Mathematics, both from the University of Virginia.
