Rich Adduci

Rich Adduci is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in technology and advisory services. As an Operating Executive at Berkshire Partners since November 2018 and the Founder & Principal Advisor of Esito LLC since January 2018, Rich specializes in advisory services for Private Equity firms, start-ups, and boards, focusing on technology, software R&D, and cybersecurity. Rich also serves on the Advisory Board for Tricentis and has held strategic advisory roles at Greenlight Technologies and ERT, as well as participating in various CIO Advisory Boards. Previously, Rich served as Global Chief Information Officer at National Grid, where a significant IT transformation was achieved, and as Senior Vice President/VP & Chief Information Officer at Boston Scientific, where Rich implemented key technological innovations that generated substantial cost savings. Rich holds an MBA in Finance & Economics from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Purdue University.
