Shar Heslam is a Managing Director and the General Counsel at Berkshire Partners. Prior to joining Berkshire in 2006, Shar was a Corporate Partner at Weil, Gotshal & Manges where she represented private equity firms in a wide variety of transactions. She was directly involved with former Berkshire portfolio company Vi-Jon. Shar received a B.A. from Cornell University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.
