Dan Hopmans

Dan Hopmans is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in program and project management, currently serving as the Founder and Advisor at Berkshire Peak Advisors since August 2024. The firm specializes in assisting organizations with scaling their technology and operations. Prior to this, Dan held various roles including Program Manager at AAA Northeast and Managing Consultant at Massaro, where responsibilities included senior delivery consulting, managing and coaching other consultants, and contributing to company strategy. Experience spans multiple sectors, including manufacturing, insurance, and entertainment, with a focus on large-scale ERP implementations and project management. Dan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Isenberg School of Management at UMass Amherst in 2017.
