Cpc Jenn Licciardi

Jenn Licciardi, CPC has over 25 years of experience in Human Resources, starting as an HR intern at Hudson City Savings Bank in 1992. Jenn then worked as an HR Generalist at JPMorgan Chase for almost 8 years before joining Etrade Financial as an HR Generalist, where they played a role in downsizing the organization. In 2006, they joined Berkshire Group as an HR Director, responsible for managing HR issues at the corporate office and overseeing multiple teams across the country. Jenn eventually became the Vice President and Head of Human Resources at Berkshire, focusing on strategic HR planning and positioning the company as an employer of choice in the real estate investment industry.

Jenn Licciardi, CPC began their education in 1992 at the State University of New York at Delhi, where they pursued an Associate of Science degree in Business. Jenn completed their studies in 1994. Following this, they attended Siena College from 1994 to 1996, obtaining a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Marketing.
