John McCarthy

John McCarthy has extensive work experience in the real estate industry. John began their career as an Appraisal Associate at CB Richard Ellis - N.E Partners, LP in 2003 and worked there until 2006. John then joined Overland Realty Capital as an AVP of Acquisitions, where they specialized in providing joint-venture equity to third-party multifamily developers. In 2008, they joined Staples as a Real Estate Group - CAM Auditor Contractor. Since 2011, John has been with Berkshire Group, starting as an AVP of Acquisitions and progressing to the roles of VP Acquisitions and VP, Transactions. Throughout their career, they have gained expertise in analyzing prospective real estate investments and managing multifamily assets.

John McCarthy earned a bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from Union College, where they studied from 1995 to 1999. Following this, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 1999 to 2002.
