Louis Kovalsky is an experienced executive in property operations, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Property Operations for the Eastern Division at Berkshire since April 2024. Previously, Louis held various leadership positions at UDR from January 2002 to May 2024, including Area Director and Area Vice President. Earlier in the career, Louis worked at Charles E. Smith Management as Regional Vice President from 1995 to 2001 and served as Property Manager at City Sites between August 1988 and February 1995. Louis holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Michigan and a Master's degree in Business Administration from Penn State University.
