Prior to joining Berkshire, Melinda held positions at Bracebridge Capital, LLC as a Regulatory Compliance Associate and at Wheelock College as an Athletics Compliance Coordinator, where responsibilities included preparing contracts and ensuring NCAA compliance. Melinda's legal experience also includes a law clerk position at Brothers Smith LLP and administrative roles at Donahue Fitzgerald LLP and McNamara, Dodge, Ney, Beatty, Slattery & Pfalzer LLP, accumulating a broad skill set in legal research, compliance, and administrative support. Melinda earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from New England Law | Boston and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from San Diego State University.
