Melinda Brothers is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Vice President, Assistant General Counsel at Berkshire since June 2019, having progressed through multiple roles including AVP, Assistant General Counsel, Senior Staff Attorney, Staff Attorney, and Compliance Analyst. Prior to joining Berkshire, Melinda held positions at Bracebridge Capital, LLC as a Regulatory Compliance Associate and at Wheelock College as an Athletics Compliance Coordinator, where responsibilities included preparing contracts and ensuring NCAA compliance. Melinda's legal experience also includes a law clerk position at Brothers Smith LLP and administrative roles at Donahue Fitzgerald LLP and McNamara, Dodge, Ney, Beatty, Slattery & Pfalzer LLP, accumulating a broad skill set in legal research, compliance, and administrative support. Melinda earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from New England Law | Boston and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from San Diego State University.
