Tandi Tucker Toni has a diverse work experience in the real estate industry. Tandi started their career as a Leasing Consultant at Scott Management, where they successfully persuaded prospective residents to lease apartment homes and organized the move-in process. Tandi then worked at Berkshire Properties/Krupp Asset Management as a Leasing Director, where they managed a lease-up company, recruited and trained a sales team, and achieved a record-high occupancy rate. After that, they joined Questar Property Management as a Leasing and Marketing Director and Property Manager, where they implemented branding campaigns, managed daily operations, and created marketing and retention campaigns. Currently, they are working at Berkshire as the Director of Marketing--Eastern Division, overseeing strategic marketing and executing multi-million dollar budgets for multiple major markets across the U.S.
Tandi Tucker Toni attended McLennan Community College from 1989 to 1991, where they pursued studies in Elementary Education/Theater and Communication. Tandi did not receive a degree during this time.
