Jennifer Hoos

Jennifer Hoos serves as a Senior Data Engineer and Scrum Master at the Berlin Institute of Health in der Charité since March 2023, with prior experience as a Senior Data Engineer within the Medical Data Integration Center (MeDIC/DIZ) from March 2019 to March 2023, contributing to the establishment of a standardized infrastructure for medical research and care data. Previous roles include a scientific staff position in the HiGHmed research project at the Berlin Institute for Health, a master's thesis and student assistant position focusing on gene prediction using RNA-Seq data at the Leibniz Institute for Zoo and Wildlife Research, and a bioinformatics internship at Charité. Jennifer Hoos holds a Master of Science in Medical Biotechnology from Technische Universität Berlin and a Bachelor of Science in Bioinformatics/Biosystem Technology from Technische Hochschule Wildau.
