Tien Nguyen

Tien Nguyen is a seasoned Senior Industrial Designer at Berlin Packaging, with extensive experience in leading product development and fostering multi-year partnerships through successful project launches. Tien has played a key role in developing product strategies that align with business objectives, managing cross-functional teams, and presenting strategic recommendations to stakeholders. With a background that includes positions as Lead Industrial Designer and Industrial Designer, Tien has successfully launched numerous products for various clients, including The Honest Co, while building strong customer relationships. Tien's prior experience at CHOi Design involved developing proprietary grilling products, and an internship at Trek Bicycle Corporation focused on road bike accessories. Tien holds a Master’s degree in Product Design & Development Management from Northwestern University and a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design from the Milwaukee Institute of Art & Design.
