Emily Ward brings extensive experience in customer service, marketing, and event management to their current role in medical transportation management at Berlin-Wheeler, Inc. Since February 2024, Emily has been responsible for handling inbound calls, verifying demographic information, and ensuring quality customer interactions. Previously, Emily served as a Banquet Event Captain at The Oread Hotel, where attention to detail in event preparation was critical. Additional experience includes a Marketing & Sales Account Manager role at The Azure Furniture Company, where Emily managed Salesforce data and executed targeted email campaigns, as well as marketing coordination positions at Getaround and Clean Energy Collective. Emily began a career in customer relationship management at Payless, actively developing customer engagement strategies. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the William Allen White School of Journalism and Mass Communications at The University of Kansas.
