Christian Picone

Christian Picone is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in civil and criminal litigation at both state and federal levels. Currently serving as a Partner and Trial Attorney at Berliner Cohen, LLP since 2001, Christian Picone focuses on white collar criminal defense, administrative law, trade secret litigation, environmental defense, and business litigation. Prior roles include Associate at JHIA, Inc., and Assistant State's Attorney at McLean County State's Attorney's Office, where Christian Picone led felony prosecutions specializing in white collar crime. Additionally, an internship at the Colorado State Public Defender provided early legal exposure. Christian Picone earned a Juris Doctor from Drake University Law School and holds a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Philosophy and Political Science from the University of Rhode Island.
