Karen Defilippi

Karen Defilippi currently serves as Executive Vice President at BerlinRosen, having joined the company in June 2023. Prior to this role, Karen was the Deputy Executive Director at DCCC from February 2021 to March 2023, managing a political operation that achieved significant Democratic gains during the midterm elections. From September 2015 to February 2021, Karen held the position of Vice President of Federal and Gubernatorial Campaigns at EMILY's List, where record wins were accomplished, particularly during the 2018 cycle. Karen has also served in various capacities within political campaigns and legislative offices, including Chief of Staff for U.S. House Representative Debbie Dingell and Campaign Manager for Pam Byrnes for Congress. Karen earned a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from American University.
