Norazmi Ibrahim

Norazmi Ibrahim has a diverse work experience in the field of talent management and human resources. Norazmi most recently worked at BAuto I Talent Acquisition as the Manager of Strategic Talent Management since November 2018. Prior to that, they served as the Strategic Project Manager at BriTay Asia (M) Sdn Bhd from October 2015 to September 2017. From October 2014 to September 2015, Norazmi was the Head of Performance Management System at UEM Sunrise Berhad. Before that, they held a similar role at Agrobank, Malaysia from September 2011 to September 2014. Norazmi also worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at RHB Banking Group from July 2010 to July 2011. Norazmi started their career at Maybank in January 2005 as a Senior Executive in Business HR, and they worked there until June 2010.

Norazmi Ibrahim attended Kolej Matrikulasi Melaka from 2001 to 2001 and obtained a High School Diploma in Accounting. Following that, from 2002 to 2005, Norazmi pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance at Mara University of Technology.
