Bryan Dowling

Bryan Dowling is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management and operations within the banking and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of the Programme Management Office at Bermuda Hospitals Board since June 2021, Bryan previously held the position of Manager of Operations and Information Technology at Bermuda Credit Union, where responsibilities included overseeing day-to-day banking operations and IT projects. Bryan has also managed various project portfolios at Emergence Business Solutions and served as a Project Consultant for Bermuda Regulatory Authority, focusing on key projects in telecommunications and electricity. Prior experience at Butterfield Group included multiple leadership roles in Vendor Management, Retail Banking, and Information Technology across a range of strategic initiatives. Bryan holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Syracuse University and a BBA in Business Information Systems and Accounting from Eastern New Mexico University.
