Ferdinand Perez has been employed at BLDM, LLC since 2011, starting as a Project Engineer and Project Supervisor. In 2015, they were promoted to Jr. Project Manager, and then to Senior Project Engineer in the same year. Since 2015, they have held the role of Project Manager.
Ferdinand Perez obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Puerto Rico in 2011. Prior to that, they attended the University of Puerto Rico-Mayaguez from 2005 to 2008, studying Civil Engineering.
